This is the best Mexican restaurant on the island whether you only eat vegetables or if you are a meat eater (I only have that on the word of my meat eating friends of course). The chef trained in Mexico and that definitely comes through with the cooking.
It is a small air conditioned restaurant with some nice decor and proper margaritas. The women at the front of house is fantastic, she speaks Spanish, Thai and English (and possibly more languages) and we always have a good experience there.
You can get all the different usual types of Mexican dishes with tequila soaked mushrooms instead of the meat option, and the mushrooms are delicious. I also love getting the tortilla chips and guacamole to start here as avocado's are super expensive in Phuket.
Each main course is about 250 Baht and the tortilla chips not much less than that, probably due to the expensive avocado situation in Phuket.
They even let you put on their fun hats. Really a great place for a Mexican treat. I highly recommend it, if it is Mexican food you are craving.
